Nayanthara to undergo surgery ?

Nayanthara who is one of the leading actress in the southern Film Industry, has now been reported to have planning to undergo a surgery.

The surgery is for nothing but to get rid of a tatoo on her left arm. When she was in a relationship with director cum dancer Prabhudeva, she has tatooed his name in her hand.

As the relationship is no more valid and has already brokeup, she will now be removing it.

It is to note that Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone is also doing the same, to remove her boyfriend Ranbir's tatoo in her body.
