Amala the prominent yesteryear actress will now be entering as a Television serial actress. She will be acting in a Tamil TV serial 'Uyirmei'.
When asked about this she has said that "I have just started shooting for this show named Uyirmei.
I juggle so many hats that it takes something really special to convince me to get back to acting in films or TV serials.
It is to note that she will be acting as a doctor in the serial.She addded that she has accepted to act in serial as she has been much impressed by the script.
I just fell in love with the script of the show and I couldn't say no when I was approached for the role.
Amala added "The entire story revolves around the lives of 12 doctors, their lives, families and patients".
The shooting of the serial is currently undergoing in chennai and will soon be launching its telecast.
