Bala's upcoming film 'Tharai Thappatai' which will feature Sasi Kumar and Varalakshmi SarathKumar has launched its shooting today.
As the film is completely based on the vintage art - Karagattam, the lead actors has undergone the training for the past several months.
The film has now been launched with a pooja and many celebrities including Sasikumar, Varalakshmi, Atharva have attended the event.
It is to note that SuperSinger Pragathi will be debuting as heroine in this film.Music Maestro Ilaiyaraja will be composing the music for this film.
