Karthi's upcoming film 'Madras' has earlier announced to be releasing on 25th July. But now it has been postponed to August 29.
It is reported that the producer has postponed the release keeping in mind the release of several films this month and also Suriya's Anjaan is also releasing on 15th August.
Studio Green K.E.Gnanavel Raja who has produced the film, doesn't want to take risks and has decided to postpone the release.
The film featuring Karthi and Catherine Tresa in the lead has based on a story of happenings in Noth Madras.
