Honorary Doctorate for A.R.Rahman!

Oscar winning Indian Music Director A.R.Rahman who is currently proving his skills even in the Hollywood, will now be getting a Honorary Doctorate from the Berklee College of Music.

The award has been conferred to him recognising his twenty dedicative years to the Music industry.

Mozart of Madras has said "I'm deeply moved to receive an honorary doctorate from such a distinguished school which has contributed so much to the world of music".

A grand ceremony well be held on 24th October in Boston USA to felicitate him the doctorate award.

It is also reported that the college will also be opening a Scholarship Program to attract Students from India to join the music college.
