Kerela Court Ban Kamal's Drishyam Remake!

Kamalhassan has just launched the shooting of the Tamil remake of the Malayalam Superhit film 'Drishyam' which actually featured Mohanlal and Meena in the lead roles.

The film has now been banned by the Ernakulam Court, until the judgement of the case against it is announced.

Bollwood producer Ektha Kapoor has filed the petition in the court claiming that the film is the copy of the story of a Japanese book, for which she has retained the movie rights.

The court on hearing the case has stalled the shooting of Tamil remake until the case is over.

Kamalhassan launches Drishyam Tamil Remake!

Kamalhassan who has already announced the remake of Mohanlal's superhit malayalam film 'Drishyam' has launched the shooting today.

Drishyam has already been remade in Telugu by venkatesh and has reatained a better response and is currently running successfully by theaters.

Gauthami will be playing the role played by Meena in both the Malayalam and Telugu versions of the film.

Jeethu Joseph who has directed the malayalam version will be directing its Tamil version too.

The shooting has been officially launched today with a pooja and the team will start to shoot at full pace.

Kamalhassan Injured in Uttama Villan!!

Kamalhassan who is currently acting in Uttama Villan, has experienced a injury in his leg during the shooting.

Though injured, he has participated in the vijay awards function, where he was seen limping his leg.

He has not even seen in the arena, he has entered from backstage into the dias.

The director of the film reported that it wasn't a major injury. It was just a sprain which has made him to stagger.

Kamalhassan distressed by Santhanam!!

Recently the audio of the film 'Valibaraja' featuring the 'Kanna Laddu Thinna Aasaya' combo of Santhanam, Sethu and vishaka singh. Kamalhassan is the one who has released the audio of the film.

It was reported that Kamal has been invited by Santhanam for his presence, which is the only reason for Kamal to nod his head.But the distressing fact is that Kamal was present at the event, but Santhanam didn't attended the function.

The reason they mention was that santhanam was busy in the shooting of Lingaa in Hyderabad. This has made Kamalhassan was upset over this, and has expressed his dismay over to the producer.

Kamalhassan facing a new Strife!!

It is not a strange fact that Kamalhassan's films are facing troubles. Kamal who has faced several legal and political hurdles for his films like Vishwaroopam.

Currently he is preparing for the release of Vishwaroopam 2. He has also launched the shooting for his next film 'Uttama Villan' and this too is in the final stages.

Meanwhile, the theater owners are now raising red flags against the actor now for the dispute they have faced for Viswaroopam.

It is to note that Thirupathi Brothers who are producing the film has also faced a large opposition in their recent venture 'Venture' which was then withdrawn from the cinemas later.
